Spent lots of time doing nuthin'...obviously!
Driving is one of my least favorite things to do, so Joe was wonderful and drove almost the entire way! I'm a much better rider, which gives me a chance to read, snap pictures, and doze. I did take the late night driving shift and got caught up on a bunch of podcasts. 18 hours to get home - even though it rained most of the way, it was much quicker than drive to.
All was well when we got home, and as you can tell we were missed and the puppy was so excited to see us.
